1. Download the Membership Registration Form
2. Fill out the form, and email it to info@mydeadlybookaboutme.com.au. We will confirm your membership within 48 hours via email.
3. Make payment of $9.90 to complete the sign-up process. When registered, you will be sent your Membership Card and number in the mail.
